Xbox hasn’t gotten the update yet, likely due to certification.
It’s unclear when it’ll drop, as far as I know.

They said the latest patch hasn't been released for just Xbox yet, and no time frame was given. So those on Xbox cannot matchmake with any other platform until updated.
