Question about a bug report...

I put in a bug report a day or two ago, but it was quickly and simply closed, and labelled 'not a bug'.

However, there was no explanation as to how/why it wasn't a bug.

Is there someone I can contact for clarification? I firmly believe what I reported is a glitch, but I don't have the context to understand how it might not be, because there wasn't any extra info attached to the little yellowish banner, like there normally is.

    i think they definitely owe us an explanation when they close a report saying something isn’t a bug. I just looked for your report and I believe they stealth changed the dc penalty which sucks because this game has been crashing more than ever and we now have more server issues than ever.

    I get that its probably in response to people constantly dcing over nothing, but they need to fix their game first. I never dc, not once have i ever left a game early on purpose. Yes i’ve crashed had power/internet outages. However the other day i crashed and its my only dc in atleast 500ish games and i still got a dc penalty.
