Who are the most influential content creators?

Who do you think are the most "powerful" content creators on DBD? Who is truly capable of influencing the judgment/opinion of Devs and players? I think Otzdarva. I've often heard people say they're using addons/perks that Otzarva recommended.I also believe that Gabriel's perk "Scavenger" was nerfed following his video review of PTB.

Cmon everytime he makes a video his exact changes are literally what happens, these people say they have no influence but just looking at the patch notes shows these devs are watching them

Facts when new patch or any uptdate hits live,ptb or twitter post from devs he just cooks video about it.

I think it depends on region? For NA I think it’s Tofu and Scott Jund, for SA I know Puffalope only.
In EU clearly Hens and Otz dominating by their content. In Russian casuals watching Mulder and Padlo, niche community followed guys like Meydix, NightFuryo3o and etc., who were more into old comp style. Current one is kinda dead.
It also varies from bias player choose. There are specific creators for killer mains, survivor ones, casual, tryhard, 50/50.
I don’t think devs follow specific bias tho. They simply track biggest content creators and analyse their comment sections. People who believe everything they tell happens didn’t watch them enough, or simply don’t understand the actual concept of the majority consensus.Personally enjoyed watching Otz before his burn out and still watch NightFuryo3o sometimes. And I witnessed many argues within their streams, where a lot people were confused about sharing same opinion or not. Even within their community people was struggling to deal with tribalism xd

There are many very entertaining ones, but the most influential from my point of view are Otz (still) and Hens. I personally prefer Hens over Otz when it comes to raw gameplay.
But who apart from Otz does 10 hour videos on yt about "How to play killer xyz"? Or 16 hours about every perk/addon?
Anyone starting to play this game should watch those two because no matter which side you wanna play, they both are a walking encyclopedia and in my opinion they also can explain things very approachable. Plus the atmosphere of the streams and videos is pretty chilled and relaxed. That's how I enjoy it the most.
Puffalope tried something similar with his "learning from the best" but to me the quality was very fickle (depending on the killer main he invited).
Regarding pure lore stuff I probably would choose Azhymovs. But that's not my primary content to watch, I just prefer the raw gameplay related stuff the most.
Unfortunately I cannot say much about NA streamers as it is not my timezone really and I only really enjoy SpookyLoopz, but rather for the entertainment factor than considering him highly influential. Plus I can catch him very regularly even from Europe.
What I don't like and don't watch at all are the guys who pump up yt with all this "drama baby/zero gameplay" or something like "look at this badly mannered streamer/player and let us cancel them" or "bwahaha look at this goofball" content.
I know that they do not mean any bad (well…actually some DO), but this kind of content just seems hysterical to me all the time and I just assume they aren't good or interesting enough as a player to create content. So they just try to ragebait or whatever.

I can trust Otzdarva with my eyes closed. I really like Scott Jund's takes too.
They both have a realistic and logical perspective.

Otzdarva is undoubtedly the most influential or DBD streamers and there are plenty of others that players aspire to play like or agree with.

They should listen to people like Mintskull more.

Puffalope is very minor in SA. Most of Brazilian DBD players don't know his channel; TBH, i myself don't even consider him a SA streamer since he speaks english and don't have any content in portuguese or spanish, even if he lives here. SouzalSoul, Mandy Mess and Procyonico are much more known than him in SA.
About the OP
Otz its the biggest one. He has the largest audience and is the most known. But thinking the devs "follow" some content creators is silly. Otz had a plentora of good ideas that were ignored by BHVR.
Some members of this forums have been "accusing" creators of killing/scrapping the anti-tunnel update, but we need to remember the outrage against the 9.2.0 and 9.3.0 update were absurd in all of their socials. The devs don't need content creators to take their decisions and judging by the recent updates they aren't even listening to their consultants. Although i heavily disagree with some opinions of Otz, Scott, Tru3 and others i understand they aren't a part of the devs team and shouldn't be account responsible for the game balance or other development team decisions.

For me the most powerful opinion is RocketDBD, because you can't deny the influence of Rocket pathing and increase increase. Though his audience is still smaller I'd understand if developers haven't taken note of his peak mind yet

Oh yeah, I’m really bad at knowing anything about SA community. Only heard there are really a lot of try hard killer players. If there are English friendly, I would like to know about more of them. Currently I watching some Japanese surv players because find their play nostalgic (I started as surv on Asian servers with 150-200 ms, yeah. I played on high ping half of my time in this game), but open to watch sth niche as well.
Watching Otz streams, especially his all perks streak made me feel he is really, really tired from this game. There are no longer consistency in his statements and position, and it feels he even not hiding it.Sometimes he showed something close to frustration when people were demanding his opinion on sth and expected him be more straightforward.
Maybe I’m wrong, but the day when he played two hours of DBD and then switched to Hitman for almost 6 hours, genuinely enjoying it, made me feel his love to this game slowly dying.
Almost every streamer I enjoyed to watch feeling like this. NightFuryo3o is unknown in English CC (no surprise, pretty sure his play would be hated on EU), but me personally was liking him. He is not even hiding disappointment in this game and play only when people ask for.
Puffalope is the only exclusion among creators I watching, because his second channel where he is more genuine made me like solo q survivor a lot. He still enjoy it only because didn’t made 15k hours as other players I watched. I feel he is really underrated among surv based contentI don’t remember ever content creator I was fully agreeing with. There always some extreme point or confused statement that makes you roll your eyes or feel “hell no this is too much”

When it comes to devs the answer is 'non'. BHVR literally listens to nobody, even the ones with legit opinions and big viewer bases. Let the year 2025 be ultimate proof of that in a multitude of ways.
For players its probably Otz, probably by far too. cause he makes the most efforts towards tutorial like vids and perk/addon pages etc. As a 2016 veteran myself, I don't always agree with him, but I do always respect him. Unlike other big streamers wich shall not be named.

I agree it’s OTZ then Hens a close second. It is correct whatever OTZ complains about is word for word in the update notes. I even liked the tantrum he threw and he was going to leave DBD and then his viewers dropped. BHVR needs to realize they make these streamers and not the other way around. Also yes OTZ can destroy DBD and seems to be dismantling it pretty well for majority of survivors in soloq.
I personally like Demi, he’s funny and he points real flaws and exploits. He doesn’t have skin in the game so he’s truthful.1 -
