Why no Dracula Killswitch?
It's been a couple Patches and Dracula still hasn't been Killswitch? For people who don't know Dracula Wolf Form doesn't consume PWYF tokens so he can be a permanent 15% faster wolf.
What's going on Devs I know the mods seen and sent it to y'all why hasn't it been fixed or at least Killswitched

Just kill switch the perk instead. Not the killer.

i fail to see the problem

The problem is the killer itself not the perk it only makes sense to Killswitch Dracula

With that logic chests should have been disabled when the pick up bug with streetwise happend because it wasn´t the perk but the pick ups from chests.
Yeah it is a bug. Yes it needs fixing but this isn´t game breaking to justify to remove a Killer from the players.

Speaking of this, what happened to that explanation they promised saying they would outline how they use the killswitch 🤔

When it's between a killer and a perk, the perk should be the first to go.

The perk is fine the killer is the one that's broken

Being a permanent 15% faster is game breaking they Killswitch nemesis for the same issue Killswitch Dracula but the devs ain't doin nothing even when we got confirmed by a mod (Balrog) it got sent to them and it's already be a patch worth of time

Surprised they said they were gonna do something but ain't nothing changed?

Or just killswitch PWYF only on Dracula?

They should build a killswitch to disable a specific perk on a specific killer, so that neither the perk nor the killer are inaccessible during the duration of the Killswitch.
Lacking that, I'd prefer the perk be disabled rather than the killer. Killswitching either solves the issue but I'd rather still be able to use Dracula during it than PWYF.

Not that it makes the issue better but the question is spinning in my head.
Do many people play Dracula with PWYF at all?
1 -
Did anybody with Nemesis? The answer is no but when it's broken everyone runs it

Yes they did saw several Nemesis players abusing the bug back then it was not rare. Still have not seen even one Dracula player staying in the wolf form abusing this one. Have not even gone against Dracula in 26 last survivor matches I have record currently.
Last Dracula that I faced did not even really change his form at all just ran around in base form and then later changed to bat once and few times to the wolf. That was an odd match.

In terms of impact to the player base, removing the perk over a killer is the better choice.

They start working when everyone is shouting about it on yt :)

the real question if its bannable to spam that build. people can do winstreaks runs with this bug lol
0 -
Yes it is if you are intentionally exploiting a bug in the game. Accidental usage is not.

Except of the time where every other bugged perk including streetwise was used, no one gets banned as much as i hate to say that.
2 -
Except no they don't having used the streetwise and potential energy bug and the Nemesis PWYF bug.
My guess is they don't want the hassle of banning people for running a perk cause imagine I get banned for using a perk that I had no knowledge that's bugged and I doubt moderators wanna watch matches having to see if they intentionally abuse a perk or not

Think of it like order of operations. A whole killer is much more of an obstacle to remove than a single perk, as it would directly affect more customer purchases. Not to say it should never be done, but its a bit more serious of a consideration than simply blocking a perk temporarily. Killswitching entire killers is more for when there is something integral to them that causes the issue, think of things like Nurse being able to blink out of bounds or huntress being able to refresh her hatchets instantly without lockers. Things that affect aspects of killers specifically interacting with something independent of the killer means that the temporary solution can focus on that other element in a way that affects content players have paid for less significantly.
Obviously you could argue that PWYF is (currently) a perk that requires payment, but thats where the order of operations comes in: Its a modular part of that paid DLC instead of its entirety. If disabling PWYF also disabled all of the other perks from said DLC, it would be a more even consideration. Its always important to consider what gets caught in the crossfire when taking drastic actions like killswitching, which is why a whole killer tends to take priority. The fact that killers play differently to one another on a fundamental level influences the order of operations in no small part.
This is the approach that should be taken. While its unfortunate for players who want to use PWYF on other killers, it's not exactly a top 5 perk, and one based on modifying an existing element (speeding an action up) vs something entirely unique (a whole character with multiple aspects not found in others.) The ideal solution would simply be to prevent the synergy directly, but for all we know with this game that would somehow make twins even more bugged and nerf pig.

Debatable but the thing is nemesis had a similar bug and they decided to kill switch the perk.
