DBD Beta Hub: We have access to change the status of bug reports.
On the DBD Beta Hub, as public members we have access to being able to change the severity and status of bug reports.
Not sure if this is intentional but it does not feel so.

Not a tech expert, but uh yeah, this sounds in need of fixing.

You know it's BHVR when even the bug report form is bugged.

While I'm thinking of Feedback to give for the new Betahub, there are no directions that I can find that instruct players how to find and attach their Log files, yet I see plenty of Steam players reporting bugs without actually including their log files.
Some instructions may be helpful.

have you tried to do it, maybe it would reject it

Apparently they can access it from your Cloud ID

No they can access their server side logs with it. Would still be helpful to have the players own logs as there can be things that server does not log that the players side does. Not to mention they can then compare if there is something that differs.
They should add instructions how to get the logs as its not rocket science just knowing where they are located on your computer.

Yeah I've been able to. I change it back and don't mess with it tho.
We can only do it on our own reports, tho.

The tags in the title are automatically added by AI, as you can see by reading the BetaHub documentation. However, BHVR can also edit them. Is the reason we see strange tag classifications that they don't intend to go that far?
I only saw two “In progress” tags initially, and no more have appeared since. The number of “closed” tags has increased, but most of them just tell you to contact support directly. While bug reporting itself has become easier, I couldn't quite grasp how BHVR intends for this to be used.

You can yourself edit the tittle after the bug is posted. Done that on few of mine where the tittle did not even make sense.
Its not that bug reporting was made easier its the fact that Devs have way easier time to see bugs that are reported. Earlier with forums and what ever other reporting ways they had someone needed to move the bug to their inner bug reports platform and then now you might even see that someone is going to be fixed or is being worked on. It sounds to me what most people wanted more open view of what is being done behind the scenes. The reason why there is not that much activity on dev side on the new bug reports is the fact that they still have a lot of reports on their old bug reports that they are most likely prioritized to be fixed first. This comes of me asking what happens to the old reports and answer was not to move them to the new one so have not done that and just make reports of new bugs you experience.

That was news to me. Maybe it was mentioned during a community stream, but I can't understand everything in English. Either way, since some of the newly reported bugs are actually old ones, I found it puzzling that there seemed to be no progress at all.
