Camping/Tunneling or Gen Rushing/Toxic SWF
Either way you swing a bat 1x time you strike out three times at home plate. Your done. You are finished. You can not appease the survivor or the killer. Not until you can find an equal punishment scale for the killer sitting on top of a hook for xxxx number of seconds or a swf group that bully the killer into a rage a quit. Somewhere there has to be a middle ground that the killer doesn't really like niether does the survivor then that is the sweet spot. Niether side is happy. Niether side has likes the arrangement but they can make do because neither side is getting what the other side needs. The killer is not getting an advantage nor is the survivor. Just a suggestion.

Being effiecient on gens doesn't really mean it's a gen rush.
It's mostly not enough pressure from the killer side - what can survivor do when nobody is on hook/injured/slugged?
All they have to do are the gens3 -
technically they could do totems but i agree gens are the objective so survivors should be doing them. if killer doesnt pressure enough thats on the killer, it would be weird if killers said "ok 3 gens have popped, slow it down, do totems instead while i chase people"
Likewise, killing is the killers objective so if people cant loop and go down fast making tunneling effective then thats on the survivors. its just as weird when survivors say "ok you hooked me once, go for someone else while i do a gen"

You just restated the ancient problem again: SWFs destroy killers, killers destroy soloQs. They try to help survivors, but end up buffing SWFs as a consequence, making killers more miserable. They try to help killers, but end up making soloQ insufferable. Until the disparity between SWF and soloQ is addressed, there will never be a balance between survivors and killers. Going into "Survivor vs Killer" narrative just misses the true reason of the problem, but SWF mains know it and intentionally steer any balance discussion into "Survivor vs Killer" instead of "SWF vs SoloQ" as it should be.
