When will the 'windows of opportunity' be nerfed?
This perk, which allows you to know the next chase position in advance, is like a cheat.

When killers have gen and hook auras removed. It is a perk that removes RNG making chases skill-based as opposed to luck based. Killer mains don't like this, because it means they need chase skill to get downs, instead of the survivor randomly running into a dead zone, handing the killer a free zero effort kill.
Bear in mind you have Zenshin Tactics which gives you pallet and window auras plus survivor auras all in one. So you can give up one of your crutch gen slow downs if you want to beat me at 5D chess (you won't).

It does not need a nerf.
If the argument is that survivors will "know" where to run off to next, then its no different from a survivor who just "knows" where to run if they're not running WoO.
