So does Deerstalker kinda turn Kindred against the Survivors?

I just read the description for the 1st time since the perk was reworked after this match...

If I'm using Kindred and hooked, and the Killer is near, does it essentially give the Killer aura reading on all my teammates assuming they all are looking where I'm hooked?

    No. For kindred it's the hook that is revealing the killers aura not the survivor, similar to wiretap (the gens) and Treacherous Crows (the crows).

    So there is no survivor to reveal. It's similar to Vecna's items, it's Vecna revealing his own aura to the survivors through his abilities rather than it being the survivor revealing them

    It does not, because it's programmed to not activate on team wide killer aura reveals.

    Wow, thanks for that clarification. I definitely see why the OP asked because according to the perk, all those times SHOULD reveal the survivor(s) aura.
