Is there a reason all of my posts are being removed?

I noticed recently that all but one of my posts have been taken down, and I’m not sure what caused it. I’ve never posted anything negative or used profanity, so I was surprised to sign in and find most of my discussions completely erased.

I even tried to repost one of my discussions a few times after noticing this, but it never made it past the review phase. It wasn’t anything serious—just rework suggestions for 2v8. The post had been up for at least a month, and after about two months, I noticed it was gone.

I’ve heard that various people have had similar issues, but I’m not sure whether posts are being automatically removed or if BHVR is targeting certain users. Did something happen on the forum recently that caused posts to be removed?

I’m just confused and, to be honest, very frustrated that all the time I dedicated to the community seems to have been rejected.

    New accounts/accounts with small amounts of posts get flagged on their automated system to protect from spam if you do certain things. If you post too much or you edit your posts, they'll be flagged for a Mod to look at to make sure they're not spam.

    Once a mod looks at them and approves them, they'll show up again. They don't really work the forums much on the weekend so your posts probably won't be back until Monday or so. The same thing happened to me when I first joined. If you post more, just make sure not to edit them at all after the fact.

    I'm not sure how long before the system stops flagging edits, I think it's based on total post count? For me it was around 50-100 or so when I noticed I could edit. I don't 100% remember though.

    When I made this discussion, it uploaded instantly with no issues. My other post was longer than this one and it popped up a message when I tried to repost nearly 2 weeks ago.

    Not sure if it's because of the holidays or what, but this really has killed any urge I had to come up with any ideas for this game. The post was about Survivors in 2v8 and I was working on Killers in 2v8 until I noticed this. I'm putting it on hold until I figure this out or until I get annoyed and just give up on this game. The latter is starting to become more likely.

    I think just give it some time for your discussions. They're still looking for mods right now so I don't think they have many people to work on approvals.

    In the mean time, doing some normal posts around the forums to boost your post count so they no longer need to be approved could also work.

    lately there's been a lot of buffoonery on the forums. they may have made a change that requires posts to be approved by mods manually after a post meets some criteria. the best thing you can do is DM a community admin or mod and ask directly.
