Two buffs Legion need the most

- Make killer instinct work when Legion undetectable and survivors being oblivious (make it based not on terror radius but on current killer location on map)
- Increase they speed in feral frenzy either buff base speed or speed after each hit (like 0.4 m after each hit). Cause its ridiculous when we have killers like Blight, Kaneki and Billy who can literally fly from one side of the map to another, but Legion whos entire power based on them being fast is still so slow.

Killers with such a low skill floor really shouldn't be made all that powerful though

Well we have killers with much lower skill floor who is stronger than Legion. Countless killers who is faster than Legion beside thats a core of Legion power. And of course Legion is the only killer who became powerless after gain undetectable (imagine if Billy cannot use chainsaw or Blight cannot use rush when gain undetectable)
