Dustin and Eleven's Perks suddenly missing on other characters?

Okay, so yes I did make sure that Dustin and Eleven were clicked on so that their bloodwebs processed, I even updated them to Prestige 4.

I played a few games as Robin using one of Dustin's new perks at Tier 3, but now suddenly it shows as Tier 1, can't be changed out because Robin doesn't have his perks now, and when I actually get into a game, I only have 3 perks…

It worked fine before, what happened?

This happen to anyone else using their perks on other characters?

    Then here we have Robin (Nancy.) Only Dustin and Eleven have their perks? It was working fine earlier this morning. What happened?

    Okay, an update… Just played with another Robin using one of Dustin's perks. I still cannot. Again, it was working fine this morning…. so what's going on here, BHVR?

    Came here to see if I was the only one. Glad it's not just me.

    • When loading up, I went to the new characters, this unlocked the new perks on (I assume) everyone.
    • Played a game as Robin, with new Dustin perks
    • After the game, auto spent a bunch of points on Robin, and the equipped teachables from Dustin showed as level 1 but equipped. They did not show in the available perks selector though.
    • Unequipping them, they are no longer available to re equip.

    I can't see them on any other character

    Am also having this exact bug. Perks don't appear on other characters either.

    Edit: They do appear on Eleven however?

    Yes, Dustin and Eleven have each others perks just fine, but they don't show on anyone else, not even Steve and Nancy.

    The weirdest part is I did a match or two with Dustin's "Change of Plans" perk on Robin (Nancy) before it bugged out and reverted it to Tier 1, then in game it was completely gone.

    Also experiencing this bug. For me, Nancy seems to be the only survivor who doesn't have the new perks.
