DBD Newsletter/Promotional Email Not Sent
Hi, I have been signed up for the DBD newsletter and promotional emails months (if not more) ahead of the Crosscanes badge promotion, and I have not received the most recent Crosscanes badge. It wasn’t in my spam, and none of the emails Behavior sends are blocked. I have tried to reach out to customer support, but they refuse to add the badge to my account. I REALLY want this badge, and it is very upsetting to miss out on a cosmetic item you were supposed to receive, but didn’t, because the email containing the code for the item was never sent to you. I REALLY don’t want this to happen to me again, and I have heard that other people have had this issue as well. Since this seems to be an issue that a lot of the community is having, can we just give these codes out to everyone? Instead of sending them through email where a lot of people aren’t receiving them, can’t they just be codes given to people via the in-game inbox, or DBD’s social channels? Also, please give this badge to everyone!

I've had that happen quite a few times. Will be getting promo emails and then one with code doesn't get delivered so it's a back and forth with support sending screenshots of other emails to prove I have been signed up since before the code email. I didn't receive the code email for this one even though I received plenty of useless promo emails before it should've arrived and have received more after. At this point I just can't be bothered to keep writing to support when the email list for this has consistently been and issue and complained about on socials and here. I take long breaks from DBD, a code in the email would get me to log in so no code just means no reason for me to stop my DBD break.
