Didn't receive the Upside Down Gates badge
Despite having claimed it on Twitch, the badge has not been added to my account yet.
I've never had issues with Twitch drops before, so I'm wondering if this is the case for others too?

Neither the badge nor the banner have shown up for me despite claiming them on Twitch.
For me, this is how Drops usually go for this game. They're completely broken for the first few days and you just have to wait for them to be fixed to actually get them.

I had to relink my bhvr account on their website and re add my twitch and steam account to it. Never happened before but after doing that and claiming the drops again they showed up in game.

You might need to go through the steps to relink your BHVR account to your twitch. I think there may have been a glitch where some people were randomly unlinked. I had to relink mine even though I had participated in previous drop and hadn't made any changes to my account. I relinked, clicked on red claim button on bottom, refreshed page when nothing happened and at top had notification for unclaimed drop. Once I clicked claim in the notification the drop went through and then next drop automatically went through after just claiming on twitch, didn't need to claim again through BHVR account website.

Same thing happened to me. Since I only care about Dustin's hat charm, I'm going to wait a little to see if they fix the issue before claiming it.

I just unlinked and linked again my Behaviour account with Twitch but it did not work. Im yet to receive any of the 3 drops that Ive claimed today.

If you're still not getting the drops should probably contact support because could be something on their end or they atleast can walk you through troubleshooting.

Re-link everything. I have to do that for every drop, mine always unlinks. I got the badge

Does it also show that it's unlinked?
Because I checked and everything is still linked, both according to Twitch as well as my BHVR account.0 -
Yeah mine always shows as red. I linked it all last night, then double checked it this afternoon and my PS5 had unlinked.

So the banner unlocked like normal. Portal badge is still missing. Might be worth a support ticket.

Shambles with drops happen all the time. I finally completed my 6 hours and only got the badge. Hopefully they'll address this as we shouldn't have to fill out a support ticket every time a new chapter drops.

The Dustin's Cap charm unlocked with no issue either.
Gonna make a support ticket to see if I can get the missing badge that way.1 -
None of the 3 drops unlocked for me. Im waiting for a response from the support.

So i noticed i didnt have the badge either, but i went to the https://account.bhvr.com/twitch/dbd page and there was a small red banner at the top after completing all the steps (despite the connections already existing) that said i had 1 unclaimed drop, i clicked the claim reward button (on this bhvr page, i had already claimed them on twitch), and now i have the badge.

I got a response fairly quickly and got the badge! Hopefully they can help you out too.

I got everything suddenly yesterday. I had to look manually (meaning no pop up showing). Also, filtering your badges and banners by date, rarity, ect isn't accurate (at least not on ps5) so I had to very slowly go through everything but it is all indeed on my account.

This worked for me, the link had a message at the top "You currently have 3 unclaimed rewards from a previous Twitch Drop campaign." So I clicked that and now the items credited. Thanks.
