Best Vecna / Henry perks synergy ?
Aight, ofc, the usual pain res, pop, no way out, corrupt intervention.
BUT
I'm talking about very good ones, i mean, ofc the obvious aura builds can be really really good, especially if paired with undetectable perks.
I'm thinking of Nowhere to Hide, A Nurse's Calling, Devour Hope (yeah, truly), I'm all ears, Trails Of Torment, Darkness Reveal, MindBreaker, Zanshin Tactic, Knock-Out, Predator and Lethal Pursuer
Try those perks, and tell me what you think about those on Henry / Vecna.
It have really good synergy allowing you to hit more on chase, when they are on gens or healing :P

Nurse's calling is particularly a particularly dirty to use with vecna's basekit. Combo it with any stealth perk, like ooh let's say his add on that decreases his terror radius and that makes for an awful lot of free double vine hits on survivors who think they are hidden and healing. Add sloppy butcher for good measure to increase the chance of catching survivors with their pants down and getting an easy hit through a wall.
My anti healing build for him is nurse's, moniter and abuse, sloppy butcher and coulraphobia. It does lack gen regression so sometimes I swap couraphobia for thantophobia and m&a for a different stealth perk. but damn it makes it easy to stop survivors healing and gain value at the same time. And when mindbreaker hits makes for a lot of one hit downs lol.

He generally excells with no terror radius perks also because he makes 0 sounds as he doesnt walk, just floats. And there isnt any flapping or anything like ghostface just bam hes there. Probably one of the new easiest killers to get interupt grabs off generators for as well.
