Is this a visual bug?

I feel like it has to be. I killed all the survivors, but when I had downed the last two (Third was on a hook) they all Abandoned the game and it shows on my Stats Tracker as them "Escaping". I dunno how to feel about this, it's very odd because that almost makes "winning" pointless as Killer if a Survivor tanks their kills through the Abdandon. I assume it is just a visual bug, because that just seems wholly unreasonable.

    Maybe they've changed it since but last I heard DCs count as escapes in the official stats. I'm not sure it that's still the case, it was months ago when I last heard about it.

    It's been this way. Abandons show as escapes on the stat tracker. The match is nullified on the survivor end when they hit abandon. The kills still show on your own stats. It doesn't affect the killer's personal stats in any way. As far as anyone can tell though, you don't gain MMR from the remaining bot and the survivor's don't lose any even though they lost.

    It's been talked about a lot here but there's been no indocation they'll fix how abandons show up, or how they artificially inflate personal survivor stats and mess up MMR.
