Switch needs the Update
Its been getting very annoying playing with the same survivors and Killers every game. Q times are horrendously Long. The game is becoming unplayable at this point. Im missing out on the rift and the 2v8 event.
Why cant you guys wait on a update so all Plateforms have the update. It seems like the switch version is being discontinued without it being said.
I know i might be over reacting but im sure that im not the only one experiencing this.
Its getting ridiculous

I really empathize with the frustration; we want you to play too! The release timing on Nintendo Switch are due to changes in the platform certification process that are beyond our control. I'm sorry you're having to wait so long.

Because they would delay the Updates on all platforms just because Nintendo is Nintendo. It is not BHVRs fault that the Switch-Updates are delayed, but IMO it would also be wrong to make it everyones problem.
They should give some form of compensation to Switch-players tho.

Just Nintendo doing their usual Nintendo stuff. No idea why they would make the certification process so tedious, when the entire game ecosystem revolves around cross-platform support.
Is it because it is not a Nintendo-developed game?
Needless to say that I feel sorry for the poor sods who play on Switch, who is stuck with a limited time-window to play with their cross-platform friends

Yeah, I tried playing today for the first time in a while and after 10 minutes trying to load a game I gave up.
What about a Switch 2 graphical upgrade? Plenty of other games have managed to do it.

It's not just being unable to play with friends on other platforms.
Until Switch gets the current update they cannot matchmake with anyone on any platform unless both they and others are on their particular Switch. Due to how DBD's CrossPlay works, those on a Switch 1 are isolated from everyone else, including Switch 2.
Imagine those wait times.

1v4 :Killer: 10mins : Survivor: 5mins
2v8 :Killer 30mins to a hour: survivor: 30mins.
