Killers that could work 2v8 vs those who wouldn't
Killer abilities play a large role on whether or not that can be considered for 2v8.
From a coding perspective and a fairness standpoint some just can't or shouldn't.
Possible:
Houndmaster, Unknown, Knight, Artist, Trickster, Demidog, Clown, Bubba, Doctor, Hag
Not possible: Plague, Twins, Nightmare, Cenobite, Onryo, Skull merchant, Singularity, Alien, Vecna (v1 and v2), Springtrap, Ghoul, Krasue
Unclear: Dredge
Reasons:
Global effects.
Unfair advantage.
Licensing rights.
The possible category comes down to their powers. They don't require map coding to make them work.
The not possible category is due to map coding and licensing rights.
For example: Demodog would be super weak yet, it's power is not station dependent like the Alien, Onryo, Springtrap, Pig.
Any killer that requires "stations" simply won't work.
Krasue would just be a worse legion and plague is out for the same reason. It's oppressive.
Dredge is unclear cuz, would it's nightfall ability affect/hinder the other killer?
(I guess Twins is possible, I just can't stand that killer)

I would like Demo and Bubba, from both perspectives.
Artist would be a treat for me, but I know most people don't like to face her. Same with Hag.
And Unknown is a killer I would not play, but can see getting added.

Knight would be so goofy in the 2v8. I imagine guards hitting the wrong people the whole match, people taking hits from the guards and then instahealing, everything. I'm eager for Knight, Unknown and Dredge join the 2v8.
Plague could work if after reaching max infection the infection would go away after 40 or 60s. She wouldn't be as strong as she is now but she still could be something.

there's nothing wrong with ghoul in a 2v8 setting. that's just 1v4 bias creeping in
