Hello all why when im Queue it takes so long why ?

Current 2v8 causes longer killer queue's in normal and 2v8 queue as the player base is mixed between the two. Another option is that you don't have the cross-play turned off the settings under social as then you will only be queuing with people who also have it off and there is not a lot of people playing it off.
