Playing Trickster with a controller
Did they add any deadzone or sensitivity options with the Trickster changes?
I'm assuming they must've added something in there to encourage console players to actually engage with the new content, but I haven't seen or heard anything.

There's no way they reduced Trickster's knife count without adding something.

I mean they have the style system but all it does is raise his skill floor and seemingly make him harder to pick up and play (according to Mandy raising the skill floor was the intention for some reason, I don't really know why we need to make C/low B tier killers harder to play), and arguably worse and more map reliant again besides due to the revert to 4.4 m/s (in this SB Vigil economy…yippee) and slowdown on consecutive knife throws.
But yeah. They refuse to put deadzone/response curve settings in the game, they still haven't done anything to address the input lag on console, and so on and so forth.

Its just an update if we're being honest. The devs said very clearly that it wasn't a rework

There's an add-on that gives you an aiming reticle, I think? Might help a bit, though I still have no intention to stress myself out trying to use him on controller when I could just play someone else. The reticle honestly should be an overall option in the settings anyway. So many TVs and monitors have it now that you're just keeping certain players down.

Yeah, I watched the video Otz made about the PTB & the crosshair is way too big, so that's definitely not going to help.

Nope he's still miserable to play on as controller please just give a soft aim assist for controller users when aiming

I believe he is terrible on controller and now on ptb he is on average weaker than his current version (deadlier in part where he shines already and way way worse in areas where he already struggles or isnt that good but now he is just slower in general), I cant inmagine someone play him on controller just nurse,pinhead, vecna, huntress must be 100% more better to play on controller than trickster.
