Head On should be reverted
With Patch 9.0.0 BHVR changed how the AFK crow system works. Which also directly or indirectly (not sure if this was an intentional change. Hopefully it wasn't) buffed Head On to work even though you have AFK crows on you. Before 9.0.0 if you get a single afk crow you no longer would be able to use head on.
Which makes sense as it stops players from going afk for the entire duration until the killer shows up at 3 crows due to the loud noise notification.
Head On should be reverted back to what it was before. I see this change as a bug due to changes in the afk system and it should be fixed.

I think if ur in a Locker you cant Use DS or Will to live to bait the killer. It should result in being downed for it to work.

if u see a crow on the locker just fake it and then grab the survivor, if u get stunned u got outplayed, there is no reason to nerf a perk that is not commonly used anyway.

Apply directly to the forehead

So it's a perk that allows to "outplay" the killer by just AFKing in the locker the whole game, and you see nothing wrong with it?

you can't grab head on

nerfing survivors at this point is the biggest coping ever.

No, it's fine, Head On is one of the only Exhaustion which encourages interacting with the killer, coz I'm sorry all people complain about is "Hold W", this is the least Hold W Exhaustion and we need more like this.
Worst case scenario is you eat a 3s stun and the chase continues as it did before. You had 5 seconds to intercept and read the locker play. IF you are waiting it out, you're wasting your own time lol. If you are late, try bait it out with a pattern that the survivor can't predict like out of 3 quick baits and try to go in for it.
My recommendation is to play as a head on user and learn how other killers deal with it, you'll learn a lot that way0 -
I don't care about the 3 sec stun as a killer. However I do care that when im Survivor and someone is sitting in the locker for 20 minutes just to get a 3 second stun of. On Killer side this change is in my favor if someone actually does sit in the locker for the entire match. A 4vs1 suddenly becomes a 3vs1 without me interfering by hooking or otherwise. Whole point of that crow was preventing a survivor for sitting 20 min in a locker.

I agree. It's simply counterproductive if you have afk crows to prevent them from staying to long in a locker and then give them a skill, that encourages it.
