Ghoul should get additional changes
Ghoul now can’t injure players after vaulting pallets with his power, meaning survivors can just revault the pallet and make the mechanic useless.
This is fine but I think he needs changes in other areas of his kit to complement this change. The vault essentially serves no purpose now so it would be best to remove the mechanic entirely and buff other aspects of kaneki’s kit.
Here are my proposed changes
- Remove the power vault mechanic entirely, it serves no purpose now other than actively hindering the ghoul player by making them accidentally vault things when trying to cutoff resources.
- Reduce or remove the minimum distance required to latch onto something with your power. Currently you have to be at least 5 meters away from something to latch onto it. This should be reduced or, preferably, removed completely. This especially would add a LOT of depth to kaneki’s kit and make skilled plays using your power at tiles feasible.
- Make kaneki’s satchel basekit (makes your third leap faster)
- Increase max leap range to 16 meters (just reverting the nerf he got on release)

Reasonable changes honestly.

Sounds good, the revault is pointless if survivor know this but somehow I havent seen someone to use it against me because its so shadow nerfed that not many people can see it.

Removing the ability for ghoul to vault and minimum distance to latch seems like a good change. Not sure I agree with making satchel base kit or increasing leaping range. Ghoul is strong enough as is

I don't really think we should be giving hyper mobile killers more mobility, they already are horrible enough to go against.

As a ghoul main, completely agree, personally, I feel his bite attack is too free. Hitscan injure attack with a 16m range on a killer with this much mobility is crazy. I would reduce it to lunge range.
The vault is a noobstomper ability now, it's unhealthy to keep it.
I would also like it if coffee was basekit or lower rarity.

Satchel is only really useful when using the power to bodyblock in chase, and the leap distance change doesn't increase his mobility, it only makes it so you can pull yourself from further away.
With how momentum works, the distance is the same in the end.

I'll take your word for it, I can't really say I have any clue how to balance them, I just would love to have fun playing against them. I'm not even looking to win

Sounds reasonable.

Ghoul Grabs no longer injures only empowers
Ghoul is now 4.4ms

nah, ghoul doesnt need anymore changes

I don't see ghoul hitting nearly 2000 win streaks
I'm not trying to be contrarian but I'd rather deal with blight first
