The pallet can give the killer an unfair advantage if they do manage to get on the pallet and unless the survivor has DH or BL they will likely get hit.
In the final photo the killer cannot pick you up if you position yourself right and I doubt many killer know how to get up there.

Last one is not an exploit, you can still be killed and downed on it

Yeah I use the last one sometimes to draw attention, not an exploit. Its like the table on mother's map. Anyone can get up there
