Decisive Strike is useless.
Never really used it but thought I'd give it a try. If the killer can kill you after hanging you once, Decisive Strike is void. First round using it that's what happened. Stop nerfing everything just because killers cry about it. They're OP

Just like surveillance, insidious, spies from the shadows, mad grit, basement perks, hangman’s trick, etc etc. it’s gunna take time to find that sweet spot with such a vicious community that can never be pleased.

I agree it's useless, but I never used it when it was "op"

DS is one of the strongest survivor perks and I really love the new version. It actually brought my will to play survivor back.
Mories are being used but not every match, in others it is quite strong, especially if you are somewhat a good survivor.
It should stay as it is imo.
