Is Spatial sound good?
I found it on my windows and it said it makes sound all around you, is that a good thing as Spirit or does it trip you up?

What exactly are you asking about? A setting, add on maybe?

I don't understand this type of stuff so you should wait for somebody that is informed but it sounds to me that it is gonna mess up with the directional sound which is really bad for the spirit.
Sounds are kind of bugged right now so you should wait till they fix it before making changes imo.

It's in the bottom right, you plug in headphones, right click the sound symbol, and the third one says Spatial sound.

I'd guess that's surround sound simulation. I only have the german option: Raumklang which translates to spatial sound.
It should help, but dont count on my guess. I use Razer surround for that, its free and simulates surround sound.

I figure you already tried it and found your answer :P
But if anyone else is wondering, someone did a rough test using multiple 7.1 surround headphones, a few simulated surround sound applications and regular stereo. They found that it doesn't really affect performance, but some people had clear preferences for which they liked the most.
Basically, try it out, see how you feel and then use whichever you prefer using.
