Is doctor any “fun,” not worried about good

I just wonder with the two options for attack and shock does that make for interesting gameplay? Or should I stick with Plague, Pig and Spirit which is my current rotation

Doctor is pretty fun in my opinion. Lots of varied playstyles, mind games, tracking, and bloodpoints. He's one of the loud and proud killers and at least he does it right.

Thanks, bloodpoints is a big deal because if I spend 500k to level him I hope to get them back fairly quickly. I usually get 40-55k a game with BBQ is that what you get with him? Plus maybe some addons

Yeah he is pretty fun as mentioned above for the bp, also shocking everyone until they're all crazy with different effects you can see and swapping modes when you like.

    Run "Skillchecks Doc".

Plenty of shock points, increased bloodpoints by Distressing, tons of fun to play.

Roll "The Game" for extra spicyness.

He's my Friday/Saturday night killer. He loves playing against drunk survivors!

I think next to (maybe) Myers that Doc has the largest build variety and thus a ton of different ways to torment.

Honestly depends on your play style, which from what I can see is quite varied.

As stated before, he’s an excellent blood point farmer, especially if you use an addon that boosts deviousness gain. Many people in the lower ranks just flat out hate playing against him because of how irritating he is.

So if you want to terrorize low ranks and get blood points, he’s your man.

Oh, and if you really want to ruin their day, run noed. The salt is quite spectacular.

He's extremely fun to play as and against. One of the reasons I main him is because I have the most fun playing as him.

Agreed that he is fun to play as but I have a horrible time going against Doctor, not because he is strong but simply annoying. I don’t wanna hear my character scream for the next 10 minutes. It’s one reason I love Calm Spirit.

I like playing as Doc but HATE going against him. Most people dislike playing against a Doc

@johnmwarner I just got my Doc to level 33. He'll be level 40 by tonight or tomorrow. And so far, I have a lot of fun on him. Another killer I have a lot of fun on, too, besides him being considered weak, is Freddy.

But as for Doc, he is a BP generator, especially with BBQ, Distressing, and an offering for a BP bonus in another category. I plan to farm BP with him and use them to level Nurse for the teachables, since I have no intent of ever playing Nurse. Will likely do the same for Hag and Clown.

He's an M1 killer 99% of the time, but he's a BP machine.

You can get stomped with him and still make 40k with BBQ and Distressing....more with TotH

Doc is definitely fun against inexperienced survivors.

But he is not a viable killer and if you verse competent survivors, thats highly unfun when you play doc (at least in my opinion)

    @MegMain98

Yeah, I'm in the minority. I think I'm not really bothered by Doc because I'm used to his effects from playing as him so much.
