The Hex Totem System Needs A Rework

This kind of stuff happens way too often in matches, and it makes bringing hexes borderline pointless.

    Here's an idea, why don't they make the hex ruin invisible until at least five generators are completed? Maybe that would be better? I feel like sometimes yes it's in a conspicuous spot and other times it's in a very inconspicuous spot, sometimes you can't even find it. It's a trade-off, but I think Killers expect that ruin is going to be the new objective. It does nothing for me because sometimes I run Stakeout or I'm just really good at getting hex skill checks.

    Would you run Adrenalin, if the killer could destroy it?

    I wish they would let killers kinda choose where to place their hex perks. Like the totems all spawn in the same places they usually do but you can pick which totem you want ur hex at

    The only thing that can fix the hex totems its giving the killer information of what totem is an example if you have thrill the hunt and ruin killers should know what hex are by the different colours lets say light blue could be ruin or green thrill the hunt etc something to give information for killers witch is witch

    Hex totems need buffs because the devs are clearly incapable of giving them good hiding spots. Maybe some aspects of Thrill of the Hunt should just be built in by default. Slower cleanse progress depending on how many dull totems are left. Skill checks on hex totems. The problem is though that while those two alone are huge buffs on paper, they actually do zero because they'll still be found easily and destroyed easily.

    Hex totem spawns are bullshit, I have seen some that were not even hidden

    Hex totems should have to be cleansed by two separate survivors to make them last that bit longer so you could at least try to defend it at the start of a match.

    Objectives should have a spawn distance and survivors do, 24 meters from spawn locations, though Peanits told me that would be tough for spawn totem randomization.

    I agree the hex totems need to be hidden better. They need to spawn in better spots. They can be found using small game perk and maps, I would leave that, i think that's fine. It gives survivors a chance to find them.
