Is this against the rules?
After the killer downed me, I had a survivor pointing to the hook as I was being taken to it and eventually ended up healing next to me as I was stuck on the hook.

Do you think he may have been working with the killer? If you got enough proof of that in a video, you can report him for griefing.
Otherwise, it may just have been a terrible teammate.

@fluffybunny It will be a matter of judgement, I think. Sandbagging *could* be considered griefing, yes. But I think you will have to prove your point to whoever checks those reports.
If you have it all on video, you can at least try.

Maybe. Sandbagging is pretty much griefing, or they could be working with the killer.

@Condorloco_26 Sandbagging your teammates isn't against the rules? Do they have to be friends to work with the killer? I'm not entirely sure what all that entails.

I think maybe from that survivor's perspective, you did something to upset them in a way you dont understand, and so you're sitting there thinking they're an ass, but to them, you're the ass. We've all been there

But if they're doing it intentionally then they are the ass and should be dealt with.

It is not against the rules. If they wanted to encourage the killer to put you on the hook and then not rescue you, that is their choice as long as they didn't actually work with the killer. That survivor was an ass but no rule has been broken.
You probably just annoyed them in some trivial way.

It's a dick move to be sure.
However if they know that killer and they are friends on steam then that's enough evidence for a ban.
If not no rules were broken.

Do you think that she meant to take you off the hook but decided to keep healing instead? Maybe she thought you were on your final hook? I'm starting to think that Mat_Stella may be right.

what rules are their really and i'm not talking about cheating. Like all that tunneling crap and camping aren't rules. I find it super cringy how people say don't do this because I don't want you to in a VIDEO GAME.

Lmao those are obvious rules like I said cheating and such are obvious. Also you must've found the rules. I thought what you were saying were those made up rules like "no camping or tunneling" but on the rules forum it says you can't report for that lol

I have a different take on the survivors actions. When I want to die in a match then I point at a hook and I don't care if the killer is carrying a surv or what their doing. So maybe she was wanting to die to just get out of that match... So, how was the match going? Was there still 5 gens? Was the killer annoying? Is there any reason she'd want to give up and die just to hurry up and get out of that match? And if not, was the killer possibly farming?

@Mcfred The only thing I said that related to the killer was being caught. This was 100% about having bad teammates and I'm not sure how you could infer anything else from it.
@Mystaria13 I'm pretty sure it was that I was a random. Some SWF go out of their way to sandbag and screw over the random. Also if anything bad happens, it's automatically the randoms fault. Got downed 'cause you ran into the killer? Clearly was the random's fault. Not every SWF is like that, but a lot are.
