Lose Items on Petty Dc’s
I think it’s absolutely ridiculous when a survivor loses their items, addons, and offerings when a Killer decides to Dc. They’re should be a greater strike on Killers and Survivors that DC to make players not want to DC.

I'd argue that survivor DCs are far more harmful to the game than killer DCs. With killer DC, you can at least move onto the next game. With survivior DCs, you're stuck in a game, one man down, doomed to minimal bloodpoints and the loss of whatever you brought in anyway.

That’s why i think they should implement a punishment for both killer and survivors when they DC to encourage them to stay in game

You shouldn't be losing items. It sounds like your connection is the one giving out. There's a bug that does that sometimes.

Then what happens if you lose connection, like if you have a spotty connection. That's insanely punishing to people who don't live in a major city (ie over 50% of humans)

How do you know that everyone lost everything they brought in? If the killer DC'd, there would be no end-game chat.
