Spirit vaulting and phasing indicators?
I'm not sure if the devs got lazy or ran outta budget developing the spirit's animations but clearly when you play her you can see she has a vaulting animation just like any other killer by holding the ledge of the window with her hands and vaulting over. Now when it comes to the survivor's POV she just teleports to the other side of the window as soon as she completely vaults (which creates an unfair outplay in most situations). Which leaves me wondering did they just go lazy on that and be like "You know what she's a spirit it'll slide".
Now to my second point which is mainly part of the same idea honestly. When spirit players use her phasing at the start of it there is an animation that she does with her hands. Just like any other killer (Nurse for example) Now survivors can tell if a nurse is charging her blinks or not due to that animation and sound being shared for both the killer and survivors POV which makes total sense. Now let's go back and look at the spirit. She just stands there with no indicator and if you're in a chase you don't even hear her phasing noise and that's just another devs lazy dilemma? Idk it certainly isn't justified as a gameplay mechanics to me when both POVs are completely different. The only justified POV change is the ones where you keep the killer's weapon on their screen not to throw them off their balance. For example EW3 Myers.
I've heard developer's in their stream mentioning cutting in animation and it sounds like it's a laziness/budget type of issue. For example when they reverted back the first DS nerf and their comment on it was "We had to create a whole new animation for that perk and we don't wanna do that for one perk." Which convinces me of their mentality when it comes to developing their game by cutting corners.

The Spirit is a mindgame killer. This is intentional.

Rule of thumb: if you accuse the developers of being "lazy", the thing you're complaining about is either intentional or being worked on.

Clearly you don't know the different between mindgames and luck. Most of the times you just guess if she's vaulting/phasing and take a gamble both results are caused by mere luck.

Knowing the developers of Dbd, the survivor's perspective not showing the animations was a bug, that turned into a feature. Like survivor footsteps being completely silent.

That's because you're not thinking about the circumstances to determine what the Spirit is doing and instead are just guessing randomly. It's not the devs' fault that you base your decisions on a coinflip as opposed to trying to figure out your opponent.

It's not so much luck. The Spirit player is using audio and visual references to determine your general whereabouts during the phase. If you think she's faking, put distance between you and her. She's 110% speed when she walks. Worst case scenario, she phases when you start to run, and she has to make a bee line phase around a pallet to intercept you (hopefully you didn't run in a straight line). That's a tall order without duration add ons.
