Like all of his actions have reduced speeds.

Also he has fatigue worse than a Nurse!

  Balance, or so they say, the initial changes they proposed were fine, the ACTUAL change we got feels very over the top.

  Slower FF, Slower vaults, Faster FF Ms addons changed to "increased Killer's Instinct's Detection range" so it can mock you knowing you'll never catch them. Yay, balance!
