Is it rigged or something?
I just unlocked BBQ and Ruin... When I did this, my Myers was lvl 38... Now he is lvl 50... Despite this, I have not got BBQ in the bloodweb and I've only tier 1 Ruin... Is this rigged to force you to play non-stop just to get it... I'm dreading getting them for my Billy...

Could be worse...lol...ive prestiged my Spirit once and brought her back up to level 50 without ever seeing BBQ in my bloodweb....

Its just random. Not rigged.
When you have every teachable you have to do 150+ levels of 50k bp webs.
Leveling plague i got to p3 50 without seeing bbq once.

Best thing to do is.... Buy the higher ranked perks in the bloodweb.. don't keep buying the tier 1 perks unless that is a perk you really want.
If you have to choose always try to choose the higher tier perk it offers you.
Cause what ends up happening is you'll get a higher tier perk.. and a lower tier perk.. so if you keep completing the perks to tier 3.. you'll get BBQ up faster... what ends up happening is.. you will get a tier 1 perk and then tier 2 and 3 will show up in the next webs.. if you keep completing the perks to tier 3.
Eventually though you'll start getting only tier 1 perks.. but then the next webs will contain their higher tier versions.
I do this all the time.. and usually a bit after level 50 you'll see the pattern starting to show.. and it will feel less random than it is... I get about half way through page 2 of the perks and the webs start forming a pattern. I've gotten BBQ 3 on all my killers and almost all to p3 pretty quickly doing this.
so basically my perk pages is filled with all tier 3 perks.. and about 5 tier one perks... then every tier one I get.. almost everytime I get the higher tier versions right after in the next webs.

It's random. There are plenty of other perks you're not getting, but you don't notice those because you're only focused on one.

Its all part of the conspiracy man. Its the survivors, working with the aliens, trying to manipulate all the killers into running only Hex perks while at the same time mastering the ultimate infinite loop and performing a sprint t-bag through an exit gate while still having 5 gens to go. They are out to get you man. Fight the oppression.
That or its just random, though I doubt it.

try my tip though... I didn't think was true.. i've I been able to reproduce the pattern of the webs everytime I level up a killer. I've gotten it pretty refined down now.
I have all the teachable unlocked aswell. The perks showing up is completely random.. but it isn't as random afterwhile as some will like you to think.
Tip... just keep choosing the higher tier version of the perks it offers you.. you'll see that BBQ pop up quicker the more perks you finish off, now with you getting tier one version of it.
You don't want to level your player another 50 levels to get it... trust me you don't need to.

No it just likes to deprive you of what you want, took my lv 50 Myers another 20x lv 50 regen webs to get M&A, I even got tier 3 of all legions perks before it... It's random and, like me, the RNG gods did not favor you.

Well, that's just how it be, my guy. Luckily, I have all the perks for my Claudette, so any new perks I get will always show up.

It's random. I've had characters where I got a bunch of good perks before 50, but most of the time you have to grind to get the perks you want, unfortunately. My Legion still doesn't have BBQ and other characters has had it max by their level.

I noticed the more I unlocked teachable perks, the longer it takes to get the level 3 perks you want/need. So I tunnel and max every one of them so I get them out of the way. Eventually, the webs have no choice but to give it up. As killer it's too much of a grind to prestige unless you really want the cosmetics to go with the frustration. I only did it for Myers.

It took me 120 bloodwebs to get BBQ Rank 1 as Hillbilly. Sometimes it takes awhile.
