Guy's I figured it out!
ok so basically. Behavior realized looping and genrush is a big problem. However Killer buffs cause survivors to flip out.
So the solution is simple. Nerf every Killer besides the Nurse. Then every Killer will play her thus countering Gen rush and pallet looping while the Survivors have nothing to complain about with their super perks that hard counter non-Nurses.
It's genius! They are just stealth removing all the bad Killers to even things out while making it look like they are fixing them and buffing survivors!
I see 0 flaws with this. Shut up your argument is invalid.

Or, ban all killers all together! have 4 survivors do gens vs no killer. Thats what survivors want anyway! Everyone survives, no more camping, tunnelling, bbq, ruin, or moris!
If you disagree you just hate survivors. killers are too powerful anyways.

Killer tears are delicious

then what would be the point of the game? o.O

I'm pretty sure they're making adjustments to make play fair/fun for both sides. Maybe there will be buffs following or some of the changes will be retracted.

I wouldn't mock killer mains considering that survivor tears brought this horrible PTB in the first place.

@Andreyu44 You think @TheAngryPickle thinks this as a bad patch? Hahaha.

Ehm...no I dont (?) .

wait wut? looping a problem fam if you have problems with that its that youre just bad killer

I kinda missed the "fun" part of playing as Legion after the changes...

@PigNRun When I played as Legion, it still felt good. There's some stuff I'd want changed/tweaked (vaults being one of them), but they aren't nearly as bad as everyone's making them out to be. It was still fun to play as Legion.

I'm quoting this to save the quote for posterity in all its preschool grammar glory.

they might as well make the survivors the killer tbh

@Tru3Lemon yes exactly! That's why the plan is to effectively remove all the bad Killers so that all we are left with is the good Killer. AKA the Nurse!

I feel as though I am being attacked right now.

You are. Stand your ground soldier

@NuclearBurrito so then lets make killers cant attack since killers are camping and tunneling all the time xd

Bahahahahahaa
I guess the changes to Legion to prevent exploiting were caused by survivors exploiting Legion. Oh wait survivors can't play as the killer and exploit like that, so that's all on the killer.
So given that it's the killers that exploited not 1 but 2 exploits on them that'd mean if this patch is bad it's your own fault. Thus any and all of these things you dislike are caused by those on your own side.

>people abuse moonwalk on legion
>fix moonwalk and leave legion as he is(with slight buffs, as he sucks without exploiting)?
>nah..
>destroy killer completely
>make him M1 trash
>and kill the pig just for heck of it
>makes sense

You keep saying that the whole Legion change was done to deal with 2 exploits, which some of it was sure, but all of it? I don't see how all of these changes were needed to deal with 2 exploits. I don't even use, or like, Legion but I have issues with some of the changes they made. I believe they'll adjust Legion if they feel it'll be needed or that if it went to far. But I think its disingenuous to say every single change made to Legion (and Deep Wounds) are because of 2 exploits.
I'd honestly like a break down of how each change was made to directly target one, or both, of them. But I won't hold my breath.

@powerbats not how that works. It is always on the devs when an exploit is performed or when a broken strategy is performed. Also there was only 1 exploit not 2.
Moonwalking does not involve any bugs whatsoever and thus doesn't qualify as a bug. At most it is emergent gameplay. But even with the infinite mending bug it would be insane to expect it NOT to be used and abused.
If there is a useful exploit then it WILL be used by someone. Depending on its usefulness more people might use them. For example survivors vaulting entity blocked windows, the bug is just a bug, but the survivors actually performing the vault is an exploit. Is this surprising? Hell no, I would be shocked if no one took advantage of that bug
Same with the Spirit bug and now with the Legions missed attack drain bug (it's supposed to keep the timer)
The fact that an exploit is used when it gives an advantage is an inevitability when it isn't fixed fast enough. The only exploits that aren't abused are useless (like some animation and sound glitches) or are impossible for a human to perform and require a TAS.
