Feral Frenzy matched the fast sprint and frantic slashing when released but now his sprint is slower, his vaults are slower and he is punished for missed attacks. There is nothing either Feral or Frenzied about this killer.
"Docile Lethargy" feels like an appropriate new name for the power.
