I'd be shocked if he isn't a locker killer. He just seems like that sort of jumpscare killer.
The last few licensed chapters came out earlier than other chapters so I wonder if it's the same with this one.

MAN, I hope this is all true. I anxiously await that day, May 28. If it turns out to somehow not be the case, I guess I'll just have to settle for the Legion😕 But then again, how can you argue with that, when the man himself who owns the Ghostface rights/license, and even writes Scream stories, replies to "you should put Ghostface in DBD" with "Working on it, stay tuned" followed by a smiley face? It may not happen, but that exchange pretty much convinces me it will, most likely. I guess we'll just have to wait and see on May 28 what this "major Ghostface announcement" is.

What are the similarities between Ghostface and the Legion other than they are teens and use knives? I don't understand why people keep saying they can't do Scream because they did the Legion.

It's nice Ghostface is coming. I just wonder if Chapter 13 will be a licensed killer too? Friday the 13th being the theme of the 13th chapter would be amazing. I just don't see that happening even if the Miller lawsuit is over now.
Hellraiser or Resident Evil would be cool picks for chapter 13.

The Torbett fellow has control over the Scream franchise. Their was also a Variety article that mentioned Lionsgate (who has rights to the Scream movies, along with Saw and some Halloween films) was working with Behaviour Interactive in celebration of Dead By Daylight's 3rd anniversary. The date mentioned in Torbett's tweet would coincide with PTB for Chapter 12. The anniversary of DbD is June 14th.
Ghostface has long been requested by the community. Releasing him when the dedicated servers roll out makes sound financial sense.
