I think so, I didn't watch the whole stream, since the changes to the RBT on endgame seem to be final.

Endgame timer is being changed to 2 min instead of 3 & the time to open the exit gates is being reverted back to 20 seconds. I’m happy about this.

Was this by design to avoid the greatest possible participation? It's a Thursday...most people in the Americas work or go to school at these times. MAYBE on a weekend this makes sense, or is at least workable.
Less than one total hour of Q.A. and most people couldn't partake. The ONLY upside to watching it latter is watching it at 2x speed and cutting the time in half.

I won't take too much time addressing this because most anything I say will come out as entitled or arrogant. Yes, although I'm American and I'm well aware the world is much bigger than "us". However, my ignorance leads me to believe that the U.S. has the largest market share for DBD, as well as the company being based in Canada...seems strange to hold an event happening in Canada tailored for Europe.
It's just my opinion, and not of much consequence either way.

Since you guys already get all the events and whatnot, it seems only fair that we at least get something, even if it's as minor as developer streams.

Developer streams are conducted during their working hours... same as the North American standard working hours. No one wants to work late or on a weekend. There are VODs for those who can't make it.
Anyway what I liked is the reducing the lava for killers so we can still see scratch marks... however I still feel there shouldn't be any- especially if you run bloodhound it can still be confusing.
And it was nice to see what Peanits finally looks like.
