Survivors Disconnecting
These survivors tho. They keep dcing for everything. I got 3 matches today in a row that all of the survivors disconnected on the first down or because of the killer I use.
They seriously need to do something about the people that dc's on purpose. It affects the game in a lot of ways.
Btw here's something that a survivor said to me (They dc when they saw me) lol
Says I'm sweaty for playing Nurse and using Ruin and MYC
They used MoM Adrenaline Dead Hard and Self Care lmao
Then they proceed to insult me by my nationality

They should use implement some kind of humilliation technique, force the to wear a shirt with a DC sign on it for certain amount of matches or something like that, or debuffs,

I think people who dc should lose the 2 pips AND lose blood points for dcing. They will think twice about dcing if they're losing 100,000 blood points for doing it. Or, maybe they lose the item they brought, but also lose items/offerings in their inventory.
FYI I don't think the punishment should be too harsh for the first couple because sometimes internet/power goes out, or their is a glitch. But, people will def think about these things if they are losing the things they worked really hard for.

Totally agree. The worst are the ones that disconnect as soon as you put them on the hook. I thought they started banning people who left games repeatedly though? I clearly remember watching a developer stream where they talked about it.

The worst ones are the ones that d/c as soon as they go down @TheShape78
All they need to do to fix the D/C problem is make people wait X amount of time to join a new lobby after they d/c, increasing exponentially for each d/c. D/C once, wait 5 minutes. D/C a second time, wait 10 minutes. A third time, wait 15 minutes. etc. With say 5~ games without a d/c to remove one stack.

Yes, those are probably worse actually. I like the sound of your idea too, something should be done. I find it funny that they think they have the upper hand by disconnecting, but in reality, you the killer end up getting a quitter bonus at the end of the game, so the jokes on them I suppose 😄

@TheShape78 yes, killer gets a d/c bonus, but it's not NEARLY as many points as you get for chasing and hooking them.

@MauXD24 I feel like I've seen a nurse recently with a ruin and MYC build, I was not expecting a MYC, funny how rare that is to see on a nurse given how fast she can return to a hook...
In any case it's just another symptom of the DC epidemic, I've had entire survivor matches go from certain win where everyone could have lived to barely survive or die just because I instantly lose 2 teammates who can't handle the game...they act like first hook is the last at the middle/start of a match.

I think not gaining any blood points and losing 2 pips on that match is enough. And losing 100K seems extremely excessive, especially since accidental DCs are a thing. Same idea with losing inventory items
I actually really like that idea lol. Replace your shirt fof the next 2 survivor matches with one with the disconnect plug, and a base color that makes it harder to stealth.

Do it like Overwatch and temp ban from making/joining new games if you're a repeat offender.
Survivors would DC just to get the shirt lol

@T0xicTyler yeah, a lot of players would definitely do that. There isn't really a better solution than temporary bans, increasing each time they DC.

If you get insults from survivors at the end game chat that means you played very well in that match. Congratulations :-)
I consider I did horrible when I get 4 "GG" from survivors :-(

Worst thing is if it's the killer who disconnects, each survivor gets 5000 points.. They should give more points than a mere 625 to the killer for disconnects
