Who else thinks BT should be a built in game mechanic to help punish any killer who face camps. I feel right now there really is no consequence towards the killer other then your team doing gens.

I don't think the Killer needs consequences for camping Survivors.
I think Survivors should be rewarded (in bloodpoints and points toward pipping) for being camped.
That'd put an end to camping as a way to troll, reward Survivors for having to put up with the annoyance of being camped, and let Killers camp without punishment if it's the smartest decision (both gates are open, all 3 other Survivors are just waiting for the unhook, etc.)
Borrowed Time is fine as a perk that allows for risky saves/unhooks against a Camper; I just wish it activated based on Killer proximity to the hook rather than Terror Radius, because as it is right now Wraith, Pig, and Insidious can all hard counter BT by camping without a Terror Radius.

Having every survivor with borrow time would just cause an enormous increase of unsafe unhooks with frustrating consequences. Borrow time is a very strong perk and shouldn't be given freely to everyone otherwise none would learn when to unhook safely.

@NurseMainBTW Agreed. It would lead to a "yolo safe mentality" and frustrate solo survivors in their game experience more.

Borrowed Time built in would be horrible for Survivors. There are two Perks which are used wrong:
Borrowed Time
Deliverance
Borrowed Time should be used for camping Killers or in Endgame. But it also encourages people to go for unsafe Unhooks. I mean, often enough I got unhooked when the Killer did not leave the area, because the Survivor had Borrowed Time. Can work out, or not. But this is not how this Perk is intended to be used. It does not mean that you should unhook everyone as fast as possible without thinking at least one step ahead. And this would be even more if everyone uses it.
There should be a reward for Killers to go for different targets. This is partly introduced with the new Ranking System, if a Killer camps someone to death he gets less hooks and also loses points for Camping. But apparently this is not enough.
And well... Whatever you change, there will also be some guys who simply camp because they have fun or for any stupid reason.

Borrowed Time has gotten enough buffs already, it definitely doesn't need to be base kit
