I don't see how nerfing a perk that wasn't even in the game until like a month ago is going to magically improve every killer to OP Billy/Nurse level..

Yes, MoM needs to get put on the chopping block.
No, MoM nerfs would not make a difference in other killers reaching Nurse and Billy level.
However, making maps smaller WOULD be both beneficial to those killers, allow the ground to adjust Billy and Nurse, and reduce the impact of MoM since theoretically the rest of the killers would have better map presence and pressure.
