clown needs some sort of buff

clown needs a lil love. and i think his tonic should have some other sort of power other than just slowing us down and hindering sight. maybe if he gets stacks on tonic intoxication survivors should become exposed (without redheads pinky finger). say, survivors are hit 3 or 4 times with tonic they become exposed, but for only 4 seconds. this would be a good change and he could really add pressure to the game in order to make him a more powerful killer.
