Does Anyone use No Mither?
I feel like it's kind of pointless. You don't leave pools of blood, but can be one hit(You wouldn't leave pools of blood if you were in normal health state anyways). Your grunts of pain are reduced, but if you weren't hit normally, you wouldn't be making grunts of pain. The only plus side to the perk is that you can heal yourself from dying state, but generally I don't just get slugged and left. It rarely happens for me. Not sure I see the point of this perk.

No Mither only really shines after you've been picked up from downed state and escaped or de-hooked and escaped, just means you don't need to heal to stop making noise or bleeding at the pay off of only taking 1 hit to be downed.
I don't think the pay off is worth what you sacrifice and it makes MoM completely useless because you'd have to be downed and escape 3 times before it's of any use. Maybe DH makes up for the lack of a second health token but not really.
No I don't think it's worth it. I almost never use it.

I think people only really use it as a challenge for themselves to make their games a bit harder.

Somehow I think, if No Mither start with healthy, but can not heal once you take a hit, may be there will be more people to use it. Or the play who use it doesnt show "Broken" status to the killer to know. I mean if Killer see you start the game with Broken or Injured status, he will never leave you on the ground anyway.
Beside I only heard that No Mither has to combined with perks that active when being injured: Its Not Happening, Resilience.
David's unique perk Dead hard can avoid a hit, but we all know taking a hit lead us to Injured & gives us 3sec of Haste while Killer speed is slowed down. Avoid a hit with Dead hard doesnt bring much distance boost.
If they make Killer doesnt know a player who used No Mither at the start, it would be better.

Dont think of No Mither as a Perk, think of it as a gamemode. It is basically Hard Mode for Survivors.
I used No Mither, Tenacity, Dead Hard and Resilience in one build and managed to get to Rank 2, before they changed the Emblem System. With the new Emblem System I am pretty sure I would not be able to do that, I can barely hit Red Ranks now, so going to Rank 1 with No Mither would be too hard for me.
But it is really more of a challenge.
Fun fact is that some Killers became way more dangerous with No MIther (obviously every Killer became more dangerous)... Clown with Exhaustion Add-Ons was a No-No. Also Freddy and Wraith were quite challenging, because they can easy get a first hit... Which is the only hit.
Also, it is surprising, how many Killers actually let me on the ground. With Tenacity they were not able to find me then, allowing me to get up.

Well, I do from time to time, it just makes the game a little different for me

Only time I consider using it is with "no mither builds" such as tenacity, unbreakable etc. But on my normal builds, nah.

I feel like grunts of pain should be reduced by 100% and maybe leave no scratch marks so they have to actually see you to down you would make it a bit more useful. Or maybe keep the grunts of pain at 50% if they can't see your scratch marks that way there's at least some way to find you. Right now it feels like it's kinda a useless perk, as a lot of people have said they only use it to make a "hard mode" perk.

It's just a perk for fun. To make the game harder.

I had a friend run it while he was trying to get the Jane achievement.

No Mither is just a troll perk to ######### over other survivors tbh...half the time they DC the second they get downed.

It's just hard mode for survivor when running no perks has got boring. As soon as the killer realises you have it prepare to get tunneled to death as its a free kill this way.

This is the problem with No Mither right here. It's hard to fix it because people want their hard mode, but it's unfair to other survivors. My idea was that it gave every survivor but you a 1 or 2% speed boost, so that while it was hardmode for you it gave the other survivors an edge in staying alive if they got chased, encouraging the killer to find you and reinforcing the hard mode idea.
