Healing against the Plague?! MYTH UNVEILED!
Some say you should heal as soon as possible against Plague, after all... the sooner she gets her blood vomit the sooner it ends.
Some when you're fully infected, a good idea to make the fountains efficient but at the same time risky if caught in a difficult situation.
And others say that you should not heal your sickness at all.
Now, is not healing against a Plague a viable strategy? Yes, it is. But is it for everyone? HELL no.
Are you a god at looping? Enjoy vomiting everywhere.
Are you NOT a god at looping? Get your ass over that fountain and drink that juicy water mah child. Otherwise you might get hooked by any mediocre-good Plague.

TLDR: She's great against low rank idiots and weak against rank 1 people who know how to loop.
This covers like 95% of the games killers.

Sometimes I just cleanse to make the game interesting, because M1 Killers are boring to deal against.

there is a reason why she has such a low kill rate. hope the devs will buff her.

Except:
- when there's no loop nearby
- towards the end of the game when there are few pallets left
- you are forced to work on gens that are out in the open
- she has corrupt purge and vomits over the loop because you don't control if other teammates cleanse

Only time it's acceptable to cleanse is if someone is in the basement and she is patrolling close by, in this scenario you use the furthest fountain from the basement. Second is after the exits are powered. Again, use the furthest fountains.
