If you run Calm Spirit against a Doctor, and you are on a gen/totem/heal when you enter Madness 3 you can continue doing the gen/totem/heal as long as you don't stop the interaction. I've managed to finish gens right under Doc's nose in Madness 3 because of this.
FEELS SO GOOD MAN.

Yes but you have to be doing the gen/totem/heal when you enter Madness 3. If you stop you get locked out like usual.

You do that, but the only counter to Calm Spirit as Doc is to use the add-ons that show auras when they tier up, and even then it's only a semi-counter since they don't scream in Madness 3.
