Ghost face looks aesthetically amazing.
So glad they didn’t give him that stupid onesie he wears in the movies. Now my boy looks proper evil and intimidating. Me and my friends were joking about stepping on his cape to stun him when he’s chasing your friends.
Looks really good, if he comes out like this, I’ll be sure to buy it. Just don’t kill him please.

He looks like a modded RPG character in that outfit, not the OG Ghostface we all know and love.

I'm glad the licencor's approved of the artistic direction Behaviour gave him, it's quite a creepy look for a not so creepy character

I watched quite a bit of the originals and honestly, this is what they should stick with, ghost face was a different person in every movie. This new look let’s us know that who it is this time, is nothing to mess with.
2 -
They might as well just made the ghostface mask available as a Legion costume option.
1 -
Exactly! People are so blinded by nostalgia that they don’t realize how ridiculous the original design looked. Ghost face was never actually meant to be scary. Those movies had quite a bit of comedy in them and never took themselves seriously.

No one plays legion anymore. He’s not fun. My grandmother can scale a 10 foot picket fence faster than legion can frenzy vault through a window.
2 -
I concur, his new look is amazing and the onesie in the original movie was just too "baggy" and I just didn't like it.
3 -
I’m so happy I’m not the only one with this opinion. We need this design in the game.
1 -
The original design makes him look like a doofus. This design is legitimately creepy
6 -
I think he needs a few more tweaks.
His new look is cool, but isn't scary enough. But his original onesie wouldn't look good ported to DBD nor would it be scary enough in the present.
Combine these two in terms of color and design (more rotting, wispy, and dark aspects) and I would be satisfied:

Those silly things should be removed, I am pretty sure everybody already knows what I am talking about.
I prefer original costume but if this is the one, then they should make this less shiny and more darker instead of this shiny gray version.
He will be great after that.

I don't disagree. Legion needs another rework. But aesthetically and conceptually, there isn't a lot of difference between them. They could add the mask to Legion and give us an actual original killer instead.

If he is going to be a stalking character, he needs to be darker than Claudette.
Can you imagine how ######### scary he would be if you could only see his creepy mask on the edge of a dark corridor or MacMillan?

His power sounds amazing so far, like the perfect baby of Myers and Pig.
I'll be curbing my enthusiasm though, since I'm fairly certain he's going to be gutted to hell either before he comes out or a few weeks after survivors complain about him.

Just because there is comedy and self awareness does not mean Scream and Ghostface weren’t supposed to be scary and serious either.
- ghostface is literally supposed to look that way. He’s supposed to look like any cheap costume anyone can get. He also deliberately wants to be taken not seriously until it’s too late - just like what happened with Casey and Tatum, even Sidney at first.
- The movie has an opening that’s more scary AND tragic than Psycho’s shower scene.
- The lore of the movie literally opens with how the killer we know to be Ghostface raped and slaughtered Sidney’s mom.
Comedy and self awareness, seriousness and horror are not mutually exclusive.

Ehhhhhhh nah.

@pemberley ok, so you want to be chased around by a cheap costume? Do you realize how boring this game is without horror? Doesn’t matter if they’re mutually exclusive or not.
This dude is supposed to peek around corners at you. He’s supposed to be scary.
2 -
Eh, I like the new design, but I don't mind the movie version.
1 -
I bet you’re fine with Legion’s hoodie and Michael’s stolen mechanic outfit (who btw is basically Ghostface’s inspiration look wise.)
And idk about you but the sole horror left in this game as a veteran player is seeing Michael seeing you. I personally can’t wait for Ghostface to be the second killer to watch out for like that.
3 -
I don’t care who or what ghost face was inspired by. Legion isn’t scary at all, but he looks intimidating, especially Joe. A jumpsuit is fine when you’ve got a lifeless, expressionless mask and stand at 6’5 and never speak. Ghost face is just some dude. Now he can actually be scary.
You’re grasping at straws here.

I don’t really like his default costume the mask is dope I think the red and black cape should of been the default outfit

Finally someone who gets it unlike the random dbd fanboys saying "i CaNt wAIt FoR gHoSTfaCe, He lOoKs BeTTer tHaN ThAt sTuPid OnEsiE!"
Can't wait for fantasy RPG ghostface, lol. What a joke!
3 -
As if dbd is actually a horror game.
1 -
The ghost face looks like Ezio from Assassin's Creed and the Slenderman had a baby.
1 -
Assassin's creed: scream pre-order now!

used to be until survivor only players complained and took the threat out of the game so now the horror is killer sided.
Fantasy RPG ghost face actually looks intimidating, Dr. Evil Snuggy does not. We need horror back in the game and there’s no way way in hell that comeback will start with a onesie wearing ninja reject.
PS, don’t mock me like that, it’s not an intelligent argument and destroys your credibility.

I like how he looks, but I don't like two of the other cosmetics. The blue and the red one kinda defeat the purpose of his stealth
2 -
Michael Myers is infinitely scarier than GF could ever be. And frankly Legion is scarier than Ghostfaces regular costume.
1 -
I think they’re equally scary. They’re just scary in different ways.
Michael is scary because he’s Pure Evil - otherworldly almost.
Ghostface is scary because Ghostface shows how HUMANS can be pure evil - especially in the modern era of Columbine and domestic terrorism committed by white men full of rage and hate (especially towards women and minorities.)
2 -
His design is nice and works well for DBD
2 -
Well if he isn't scary looking then why put him in the ######### game in the first place? This game won't ever be a horror game while Willy Wonka Ace and shirtless David is running about. This is why I'm against horror icons being added into dbd, because they become a joke to be mocked stupid kids who haven't watched a good horror film in their whole life.

Oh dear, struck a nerve have we? Calm down. What I’m trying to say is that a lot of people are pushing for a scarier DBD and I think ghost face’s new design will fit a lot a better into that vision.
Hopefully the devs will make it happen at some point, but the scare factor of Myers is why people like playing against him, especially when the killer is purposefully trying to be scary.
I’m sure they’ll add his original costume in alongside with the new ones.
4 -
If that's true then it should be his/her default outfit. I don't see them putting his father death costume in the game and if they do then I'll have to spend more money to have him/her look movie accurate.
