Simple idea for balancing "BILLY"
I'm main billy with 2.6k hours, but maybe it's not the right balance for him, but ... let's go there.
- Convert the "Speed Limiter" as Hillbilly's power base
- Add addons of "oneshot" with the chainsaw.
Maybe it's not the right thing to do ... but it's very difficult to balance a killer like that, besides we take reality away from the saw, a saw by default should do insta.

Really, it hurts me that nerf to my best killer, I'm mainly from Billy, there are many players asking for a nerf to Billy, and I think he is in a good place. I do not know why I made this post, but the idea ran through my mind. That's it.

If the Hillbilly is fine (which the devs agree with), then he doesn't need a nerf.

Billy, for the most part, is the weakest top tier killer against good survivors.
The reason why people want to nerf him is because he is super effective against your average DbD survivor. If people think that billy needs a nerf, they should just get better at the game.
The only thing that has to be nerfed about billy is his insta chainsaw and that's about it.

Hillbilly with the concept of having no double damage would turn into the legion, just better
Without the doube damage, he wouldnt need th forced movement forward nor the modified steering to "counterbalance it".
A killer who can move faster and then deal 1 damage? Sounds like legion. Damn i miss the times when killers could have strong abilities.

No. Billy already has a many counters like 360, windows, pallets and mindgames. Nerfing already an one of the balanced killer will not help this game.

Billy is fine as is. people raising issues about him just want to see him nerfed.

Billy is fine. He doesn't need any nerfs. The only people who want to see him nerfed are bad Survivors.

Billy might appear strong from a mediocre solo survivor perspective, but from a killer's perspective who will face 4man SWF groups with voicecomms every other game, you will understand that he is as easily counterable as everyone else (besides Nurse and Spirit).
