a little buff for prestiging
How about when you hit prestige 1 it give you first techable perk at tier 3?
for example P1 claudette: you start with tier 3 Empathy
P2: Empathy and Botany Knowledge
P3: you start with all her techable perk at tier 3

Kinda cool as a back-up idea, but i'd prefer a Prestige buff that reduces the grind.

Simple fix; if they already have spent BP on those perks, refund them. Besides, didn't hear anyone complain when they lowered shrine of secrets costs, except from me who had bought 2 perks the week before they changed it
