Bill is a Grizzled Vietnam vet. He's also from the Left 4 Dead games so that is why he doesn't get cosmetics.

I’d rather they pick someone who fits the horror genre a little better. The movie definitely is in the horror vein, but you wouldn’t have a killer that fits and the map would be questionable.
Maybe a British military officer from Dog Soldiers, with a werewolf killer?
with the recent expansion of licensed cosmetics I also find it feasible that we still might get bill on the consoles eventually, and if so, possibly with an alternative cosmetic with the camouflage you’re hoping. Figuring the fact we already have a vet in the game, and a police officer, I’d like to see more diversity in the characters following. Maybe someone from the marines or air force if they go that route again.
