Just bought ASH DLC for MoM
Literally just bought this DLC for this perk, I'm not playing killer anymore so I'll join the dark side with this perk - it's so strong but i'll use it for the sake of it

Remember folks buyer beware. MoM is useless if:
- You don't escape, then mend each time your hit
- You don't find someone to mend you
- You don't find a med kit to mend yourself with
- You didn't bring a med kit with you to mend yourself with
- You didn't take Self Care as a perk
- You're up against a Killer with Nurses Calling
- You don't get rescued / de-hook yourself
- Your up against a Killer who face camps
- You're up against a Killer who tunnels
- You're up against a M2 Killer
- You're up against a M1 Killer abusing the Surprise attack MoM exemption bug
- Your're up against a Killer who uses Noed.
- Your're Claudette
Now armed with the correct knowledge about your purchase, enjoy MoM!

Almost none of that is actually true.
If you never heal for the entire game you will need 4 hits to Kill minimum without the use of powers, exposed effects or grabs. That means that you should get at least 1 use out of the perk every game where you get chased multiple times.

The most of the time is useless because you escape before using it or you die on your 1st/2nd hook. The rest is the perk not being useful because the killer uses M2.

U will get MoM 100% against every basic M1 killer without healing a single time. That's not debatable, that's a fact.

@HavelmomDaS1 M1 Killer hits you twice, downs you on the second hit, picks you up, takes you to the hook and makes sure no one gets to rescue you. Well done, you've just denied (or countered) MoM.
So no, MoM is not a 100% guarantee, you have to earn it by escaping the killer after they hit you then mending afterwards 3 times before it's even primed to activate and give you 1 extra hit point.
So yes it most certainly is not debatable because I've just proven it to be fact that it does not activate 100% of the time against every M1 Killer.
Besides which M1 Killers who have Surprise attacks can abuse a bug that doesn't trigger MoM's pip system.

@HavelmomDaS1 You specified if not healing. Which leaves us with - If any killer hits you once with their power you no longer can activated MoM
(of course those killer that can hit you with their power)
EDIT: Or somehow instadowns you

A perk that lets me survive death for doing nothing but taking hits, which is the killers objective seems broken to me, no wonder most people at rank 5 + use it, me included now
