let DC give a stack of BBQ
This is probably one of my biggest gripes about survivor DCing... I just had a game where the first 3 survivors DC on first down and the last hadn't fixed any gen or found Ruin so I just had to hook her and end the game.
basically 11k points for that, if I had got to hook those other players it's nearly 20k I know it's just BP but still getting screwed out of your perk because of DC is annoying.

I like that at least both sides were considered (nice! finally!). BUT.
I don't see a reason why either side should get a stack. What exactly did they do to deserve the stack? Earn stacks by hooking survivors or unhooking them. If there's nobody else to hook/unhook you don't get stacks. The concept is pretty easy to understand.
Also why should only people with certain perks get "something" for a DC? In the end it would just be another bitter-sweet band-aid fix for a certain group of people (those who run the mentioned perks).
This should not be considered.

It's compensation for the killer that will not be getting a BBQ stack and extra blood points for the trial.
It's compensation for the survivors who have to work 2x pace because their team member decided to leave.

Because DC and quitters should be punished, not the other way around. If the killer just tries to play the game and wants to get the 4 stacks, he shouldn't be punished because a selfish survivor decided to quit before he can even hook him.
If DC gives a stack, there's one less reason for a surv. to DC, as some of them do that in purpose to fck the killer not letting them get the stack.

Nobody is entitled to a BBQ or WGLF stack.
Again, this would favour people who have the appropriate perks but leaves other people in the dust. Not every Killer uses BBQ and not every survivor uses WGLF (just because a Perk is popular doesn't mean that everybody uses it!).
It's obvious that you only see your own use case, but this needs a more generic approach that does not concentrate on specific groups of players (that run certain perks).

Better yet just teleport the bodies of disconnecting survivors to a basement hook. Gives a BBQ stack, hook points and lets other survivors know where they "died" if they held an item or something. And since they don't die instantly (gotta go through the animation) it hinders the "dc to give my buddy the hatch" thing too.

And that's exactly what it isn't. People without BBQ/WGLF won't be able to capitalize, so it's not balanced and fair. But you probably alread read that.

What's the issue with giving the stack? Are you mad people gain more BP with that perks? Use them. You don't use them, why do you care if they get a stack or not? It's a way to compensate people who use a perk about gaining BP to not be affected by a DC, as it's not their fault.
If you want to DC, fine, but give me my stack. That makes DC's less powerful for people using those perks, as they gain something with the DC; right now, you only lose, that's why they (quitters) do it ,as they now they're annoying the killer/survs. It's their way to say "fck you" for whatever reason.

I'd be down for this. WGLF should also give Survivors stacks upon a Killer DCing. This way Survivors and Killers don't have to worry about losing BPs because someone got too salty and disconnected. I'm honestly a little shocked at all the downvotes here. I guess that's just a bunch of players who like to DC a lot.

If Reverse Bear Trap kills don't give BBQ stacks, neither should DCs. :P

I'm with @Pizzaman on this one. BP is cool, but BBQ and WGLF are suppose to encourage active play not be DC control.

That's obviously already the case. Are you really that upset about players being compensated for DCs? Do you just like to DC the moment things look like they might not be going your way?

Why don't you ask for more Bloodpoints instead of a Stack? That would mean everybody could capitalize, not just people that happen to have a specific perk equipped at the very moment.

Because that is what the perk is supposed to do. We are running the perks for a specific reason. If you do not have the perk equipped, then too freaking bad.
Again, sorry that you DC to deny players of some extra BPs out of a perk they happen to be running. This would be a fair compensation for rage quits and when players fail to load in.

WGLF and BBQC should give a stack if a survivor dcs.

it is balanced and fair, WGLF has absolutely no in game use it is strictly a post game benefit, BBQ has an in game use but honestly does not do a whole lot for the non-speedy killers
you spent a perk slot PURCHASING the ability to get those extra blood points
that player DCing took away your ability to earn those points
