Dark Devotion Bugged with Nurse or intended?

When you blink and hit it doesnt activate? its basically your basic attack. Thats a bug right? Thats like saying pig doing a lunge attack hit isnt her basic one, im kinda confused.

  *Claims Nurse's blink not working with MoM is a bug*

  *Ignores Dark Devotion which uses the same condition as MoM*

  of course it's intentional, if nurse and legion could do this dark devotion might actually be useful ... instead of a garbage pile that now shows up in my bloodwebs cause i was tired of seeing the teachable
