Reasonable fix for the egc door problem to make it feel more fair for survivors yet still allow rng

I like the rng of the doors being closer or possibly further away depending on the maps, but i agree that sometimes as a survivor it can feel impossible to do a door when there uber close together (on maps such as haddonfield etc, where they can spawn within about 32-64 metres of each other on the rare occasion

So i'd like to implement a possibly more fair change then the "doors should only spawn x amount apart change" survivors have been asking for.

What if depending on how close the doors spawned together, and the hatch closed, that the doors took far shorter time to activate. ie if there within x distance of each other, a hidden door speed opening bonus is gifted to the final player alive. (ie maybe 25-50-75% faster if within 96-64-32 metres. i don't know the actual distances for doors but im just like giving as like a number) This could also work in reverse, giving a small opening speed penalty if they are incredibly far apart, ie on maps like swamp etc. i'd also suggest sounds being altered slightly depending on how far the exit gates are from each other ie if the exit gates are closer to each other, the opening noise is quieter forcing the killer to come closer in order to hear it and check it.

That way the survivor still has to open the door and run through, yet they don't have to sit through 15s of patrolling when the two doors are within sight of one another, and possibly even more door time, if the doors are incredibly far apart, in order to allow the killer to possibly patrol a far larger area.

Thoughts?

This... could work? I'm not sure how willing the devs are to fix this since they've made it clear that they don't see it as a problem. I'd need to see it in a PTB before I made judgment.

Or...you can succeed, do gens, or find the hatch first and escape normally. No more extra help or second chances; just play the game and win or lose off of your own skill rather than yet another handholding mechanic for survivors who failed at all of their objectives.

This isin't extra help or second chances. this is about making it more fair for survivors and killers alike. doors are too far away to patrol properly? survivors get a nerf to opening speed to help the killer. doors are so close that patrolling is super easy? survivor gets a buff to opening speed so they don't feel like there is no chance and just dc.

Read all of the post please. Rng is unfair on both sides and yet still a fun mechanic that keeps the game fresh, i just want to balance the game for when rng can cuck you
